Product Overview

The MGRIT GT4 Mid Pipe is inspired by the exhaust layout of the BMW M4 GT4 race car and has been engineered specifically for the G8x platform.

It features a continuous one piece design without the minimum possible welds for minimal exhaust restriction.

76mm pipe has been utilised, a 6mm increase over stock. 

Our test car (G87 M2) with a CS tune had a power increase of 10+KW at the hub

Optimised exhaust routing reduces back pressure and improves overall exhaust efficiency which allows the incredible S58 engine to breathe more freely.

Integrated Resonated X-Pipe
Balances performance and daily drivability. Enhances exhaust tone while minimising unwanted drone during cruising.

Lightweight Construction
Total weight approximately 14.8 kg, 7.9kg lighter than the factory mid section.

Smooth One-Piece Design

The MGRIT GT4 Mid Pipe is built with smooth one-piece mandrel-bent tubing rather than multiple pie-cut sections commonly found on cheaper exhaust systems you may see on Alibaba. This design keeps the pipe diameter more consistent through each bend which allows exhaust gases to flow more smoothly with less turbulence and less restriction, especially at higher RPM.
