Rear Mono Ball Bearing Mount Set

This is a set item to convert the rubber mounts on both ends of all rear suspension arms to mono ball bearings.
Note: Some parts where genuine BMW uses ball bearings may also be made with mono ball bearings.

Driving stability and maneuverability
Cornering force can be obtained when tires make optimum contact with the road surface.
To achieve this, the rubber mounts at both ends of the arms, which are the fulcrum for suspension movement, are replaced with mono-ball bearings to prevent the fulcrum from being misaligned. This allows the tires to maintain stable and proper contact with the road surface even under high lateral G-force and high traction during cornering, thereby improving cornering force.
　　
Reduction of drag
Suspension arms are moved by the twisting of rubber mounts, which causes a very large amount of friction. This limits the damping range of the shock absorber, making it difficult to balance anti-roll and road-following characteristics, which in turn limits cornering force. By changing to a mono-ball bearing mount,friction is minimized and the damping area of the shock absorber is widened, thus improving anti-roll and tire tracking.
　
Durability
To improve durability, monoball bearings with the largest possible diameter are used. This contributes to durability and noise reduction as well as cornering force.
　
Corrosion Resistance
The mount housing is made of stainless steel for high corrosion resistance.
　
Rear Adjustable Arm
An adjustable arm is used mainly to increase the alignment adjustment range.
Mono ball bearings are used for the joints and included in the suspension mount set.
　
Mounting is by set!
Having all suspension mounts with mono ball bearings improves performance. If only some of them are used, the input will be concentrated on the weak points and the suspension movement may be disturbed, resulting in poor performance.
